$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install git-svn 

git-svn is installed in your system.

Make ensure the git-svn package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep git-svn *

You will get with git-svn package name, version, architecture and description in a table

git-svn package basic information:
